First I applied online,then I had a phone call interview after that they said that they will call me again for an interview if I passed the phone call interview after couple of days they called and set a date for interview ,I went for the personal interview,but I got rejected

I emailed my resume which was entered into their taleo. within 3 days I attended a phone interview and within a week's time I attended a personal interview. The interviewer was quite friendly. In the end, he gave some tips & wished me all the best.
