After each interview, the recruiter gets feedback from the interviewer with whether to go ahead or not. Then they reach out to you after a week to set up another interview for the next week. The process drags on.
All in all: > 2 months from start to finish, i.e. too long
Tip to recruiter: get into the offer stage whilst the candidate is still on their edge.
