Interviews: HR screening, 2-3 one on one interviews about financial math, one final 1:n interview (2 hours, 1 hour is for reading their methodology, the other is for presentation and Q&A and other technical questions). I was interview by people from Beijing, NY, and OK office, 1 month for the whole process, and got an offer 1 day after final round of interview
