This was just a pre-screening interview which, if successful, will be sent over to MSC Cruises Corporate in Italy for another interview. The interview was fine, I was asked the basic questions of Why MSC and Why this position on MSC? (More questions below) I was asked about my qualifications and experience in childcare as i'd be working with the chief animator for kids activities. I was also asked about the history of MSC as well as which of their ships amenities I could utilise when preparing activities for the kids. If this interview was successful and I do move onto another interview with corporate, best believe I will also document my experience in that interview on here so keep a lookout. Overall, a good experience, definitely prepare along the lines of WHY you want to work on the ocean in this particular field (childcare) and the History of MSC.
