The interview process was great! I applied through a referral within the company, the next day I got on a call with their talent acquisition and she went over the role as well as asked some questions. She was LOVELY! I sent over a thank you the next day and she responded promptly with next steps to the second interview. This role specifically had the call with their TA first, then another interview with a Director and then one more with another Director. (I am leaving out names for privacy purposes). The TA team at MNTN is incredible! They are very communicative, and they even have a link for preparedness so you don't feel blindsided during the interview! It was great. I had the whole weekend to prepare so I was studying quite a bit to ensure preparedness before meeting with the Director. Come my second interview, I was SHAAAAAKIN IN MAH BOOTS! But he was great, and very personable! All my nerves instantly went away in the first 30 seconds because of how kind and lowkey he was. We had a great conversation and it didn't even feel like an interview! I unfortunately did not receive advancement in the interview process due to another candidate with more relevant experience, which is entirely understandable. I was notified the day after, which is SO appreciated! I love when companies don't ghost or leave you in confusion, I am very appreciative of the entire MNTN team and you can tell they really exude the culture they stand by. I was really looking forward to the potential of becoming a part of MNTN, so I was a bit sad when I heard news however, this interview process just further confirmed my love and appreciation for this company. It will continue to be a goal of mine to join the MNTN team someday in the future when my qualifications can prove useful to the growth of the company. I highly recommend considering MNTN as a career destination, as it boasts of innovative software and an exceptional team! Thank you for your time and consideration MNTN!
