The interview process involved three steps: HR, Team Lead, and a final with the Lead and Senior Developer. The interviews themselves were easy, with no difficult technical questions or live coding challenges.
I was repeatedly told during the process that they weren't expecting advanced knowledge for the junior role. However, the feedback was that they were "looking for more experience," which directly contradicts both the interview content and the role level.
