Typical phone screen and then the real interview. Communication with HR was straightforward and they kept the process moving pretty quickly. An HR person and manager asked standard interview questions and it was not difficult at all.

Not getting the job was a blessing in disguise. I know people who work there and really wanted the job at the time, but apparently if I had gotten it, they just got rid of the position anyway. The people I know who work here are anything but happy with the job. Everything they liked about the job has been slowly getting taken away. The company really seems to be getting worse and worse as time goes by. They use to like it because they had weekends off, got to wear their own scrubs, things were fast paced but reasonable, pay was decent. All that is changed. I hear the upper staff is always taking advantage of the workers, they didn't get raises this year due to covid despite being forced to work harder, work around all types of weird changes and now they're going to start making them work on saturdays too. Whatever pride and love they had for their company seems to have been deteriorated in with the constant emails from the CEO telling them to basically just live to work and not get Covid 19 because the company needs them to work. There will be no bonuses this year, no raises, they're losing their weekends, not getting hazard pay, they tell them to take breaks in their cars (so their breakroom is apparently commandeered for meetings) and they're constantly being forced to float at other locations even when it's not logical because the management wants to look good and sacrificing for whatever reason. I might not work there, but I am glad for it. They clearly don't care about their employees. What happened MNGI? I use to hear good things about you, but now all I hear is complaining.
