Straightforward Interview with a few managers and employees.
They only asked a few dozen questions (nothing out of the ordinary).
Honestly, I should have asked them more questions.
They got back to me in a timely matter and offered me the job after the second 1 hr long interview.
Phone interview followed by in person interview with 4 department managers on site. The phone interview was with Human Resources and lasted approximately 30 minutes. The in person interview was about 3 hours.
