Very easy. Just a few basic questions were asked such as what qualities do you have to make you a good support planner and how would you find resources for a client in a county you do not live in. There is also a background check.

Very baseline normal interview regarding case management and self management. You will work remotely and be responsible for yourself. They want to know you can be trusted and be reliable.

Entrevista
The Owner interviewed me and after 5 minutes rudely dismissed me. She was in a hurry and did not seem to care at all about the process. She acted like she had some place else to be.
