Phone screening followed by several virtual interviews with both management and peers. Final interview was a 2-hour on-site interview with a 20-minute presentation in front of a panel of 6 including the division head and HR. Was then told the job requirements had changed and I wasn't selected. Followed up for additional information and received none.
