The hiring process involved a screening call with HR, a phone call with a project manager, a panel interview with Project Leads, then an offer was made. The HR call was over the phone, and the interviews were virtual (teleconferencing). HR call lasted 30 minutes, the panel was about 90 minutes in length.

Tell me about a time when you implemented an analysis?
Average experience. Had a call with directly with leadership. Asked me about my resume and experiences. Additionally, they asked me about my future goals. Did not go past the first round interview which was a 30 minute behavioral.
Standard questions regarding the coursework I listed on my resume. The position was communications so I got a lot of questions about signals and systems. A few questions about what I was interested in.
