The first step was a 30-minute phone interview just to chat about background and fit. Second was a 6-hour stint in the McLean office. The first hour was an hour-long (including questions throughout) presentation on anything I wanted to present to a panel of about 12 people. Following that was about 5 hours of interviews with team members or seniors in ratios of 1:1 to 1:3. Questions covered everything from highly technical and specific, to personality stuff, to gauging personal interest in the field I was working in. They were very much looking for someone who could do the hard skills while also being able to build the business into the future.
