A recruiter reached out to me to set up an interview. The interview was with three team members. We chatted informally about resume and experience. There was no follow up.
They had already decided they wanted me before the interview, so it didnt feel like a traditional interview process. I arrived, and they introduced me to some people, asked some questions.
