Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en MIT Lincoln Laboratory (Lexington, MA) en mar 2011
Entrevista
Called onsite to give a hour-long research talk, followed by four 1-on-1s. No test-like questions, just open discussion on their work. People were friendly, but it seemed like a stagnant place. Then asked to contact references to send in letters. No update for over a month, eventually a rejection after I kept pinging the HR person, and an official rejection email out of the blue over 4 months later, long after I had taken another job. Many positions posted there are apparently not real. The one I applied to and several others I saw are still there with the exact same descriptions, 4 years later.
The interview process was straightforward and interviewers were friendly. The day went almost exactly as advertised, and it was long but manageable. You have to give a seminar, and other staff asked good questions.

Entrevista
The interviews were thorough & friendly. Sometimes it happens in one day. Sometimes it takes two or more days, depending on the Group. However, for all the Groups, the feedback takes very long time, and had to be actively solicited. The HR is not responsive at all.
