The interview process involved meeting with an employee and getting a behavioral interview. Prior to this I also had a phone screen and once I received the offer I had an extensive background check.

Entrevista
As an MIT student, I simply reached out to a professor to get a summer UROP. There was no formal interview process, but I did have a couple conversations with the professor I was going to be working with.
