Applied on the MHRA website, pretty simple process. Then got contacted to go down for a face to face at the MHRA office.
The whole process did not take long and the face to face was Scheduled for 30 Minutes to be followed up by some tests at a later date.
I got no information on who I was going to meet only a time and date and even after contacting HR was not able to obtain this information until I arrived for the interview. I thought this to be poor as it's important to know who will be interviewing and this information is always normally provided.

I thought the MHRA would have been great to work for. I have years of industry experience but was a bit nervous before the interview as it is the MHRA.
Very pompous interview, no information given about the job and interviewers bordered on being rude and unprofessional with a why do you want to work for us attitude. One kept yawning and looking at their watch as soon as I sat down, very strange.
Interview questions were not difficult but it was very clinical and interviewers were not aimiable at all which made me feel uncomfortable really.

It's an extensive process. job application, interview, assessment, and then presentation. I got selected for an interview with 3 members of the head team. They asked numerous questions related to PV and MHRA

Entrevista
The interviewers were professional. I was rejected, but I thought that was a very fair process so nothing personal. However, the way the process was handled was terrible. I'd be ashamed if I worked for that organization. The staff reassured me they would reimburse my travel expenses regardless of the outcome. In writing. However, my emails and calls went unanswered after the interview. To me, that says a lot about the organization's culture and level of trust one should have in them. I am intending not to re-apply for any of their roles. and I advised my network not to do so either.
