The overall interview process was one of the best I have experienced. I applied on-line and all interviews (2) were either telephone or MS Teams. Communication throughout was excellent - I was kept informed throughout and expectations were clearly set (and met) for each stage, and when I would get the next update. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly, supportive and straight forward. This really did feel authentic, which gave a great impression of the company's culture, and also made me feel valued. The process itself was efficient and decisions were made promptly. From initial application to offer took less than 3 weeks.
