It’s a group interview which takes place at their hiring center. Group consist of 8-10 people who are all applying for the same position. Two interviewers were there and they ping ponged questions throughout the group.

Interviewed with the Genearl Manager of the bar operations, we spoke on different cocktail variations and then he had me actually make some cocktails. The interview process is pretty straightforward for bartenders.
