Began with sending in my résumé and portfolio. I was then contacted to do a video conference interview (since the job was in a different city). Following that, I was flown in for an in-person meeting. After spending the afternoon at the office, I was offered the position. The interviews weren't particularly formal. More of a conversation about myself, my experience, my portfolio and the position.
