The company found my profile on another popular professional networking site and reached out to me. The interviewer described the process would consist of a phone interview, a virtual interview with the potential manager, and finally a (socially distant) face-to-face if all went well up to that point. They followed the prescription exactly with one deviation for another virtual interview - which was not an issue at all. The company had a valid business reason to do so, the initial opportunity changed timeline so they inserted another interview round.

The initial phone screening went well. Never received any further follow up. I was told Inwould hear back regarding next steps in less than a week if not by the end of the week.
