I applied online and they replied after a week. There was a very short phone interview, typical why this opportunity question. Next level was a two-hour interview which was divided into four 30 minutes 1:1 interviews with the head of research and different team members. Questions were both behavioral and technical on programming and fixed income. I was rejected by email after a week.
