Really positive process, challenging but supportive and really allowed me to be my best. During the process I undertook a video interview which was seamless and fun, and then three face to face interviews including having to prepare a plan, just like I would in the role. I loved the practical nature of each interview, the honesty and openness of everyone I met, the communication throughout and the overall welcoming environment. Nothing negative to say. I am now undertaking the pre-commencement on boarding process and it is fantastic, on brand, fun and working through tasks that normally occupy time in the first few days that could be spent with team, stakeholders and getting into the job! Very positive.
