I interviewed with MDA (Quebec). I was contacted by an HR representive via email and then I did a quick call with them to go over the position, basic questions about relocating (I’m from Ontario), security clearance etc. and to book an interview with the Mechanical Team. The interview was done through zoom and it was a pretty quick 30 min conversation with 2 members of the team. They talked about what their team does, and what type of work I would do. They didn’t ask any technical questions but went through my resume and asked questions about my work experience. They also asked if the type of work they did at their team is what I’d be interested in for the internship which I really appreciated. Overall the interviewers were incredibly nice and they made me really excited to work for that team! Note: they also asked a question in French to gauge my fluency level.
