Background check, took a short competency test to determine basic knowledge of home health, interviewed with HR manager and nursing manager. Drug testing was required, proof of all vaccines being current, and presented fingerprint clearance card, RN license, diploma etc. Several questions about why the interest in home health, what are strengths/weaknesses, and then meeting with key people i.e. nurse managers and staffing coordinators.
