The Green Job online interview was very relaxed. Only 5 simple questions, like a pre-screening. Once selected for an in-person interview, the process is easy. My experience was two unit directors and one nurse manager. They each asked about three behavioral based questions. They informed me the decision process takes about 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I called to check my status. I was told that I was selected for the program but that they were waiting for a position to open up. After about 4 and a half weeks they called me the offer.
