1 round with HR, behavioral questions. 1 round with department head, more in depth questions about my background and experience. 1 round with department head and deputy chief legal officer, questions about my background, education, and some about my personality. Thought it all went well then radio silence for 3 weeks until I emailed a 2nd person in HR and my profile was updated to say I wasn’t selected. Do not expect any communication from HR if you weren’t selected.
