Entrevista
It was a panel interview of various department managers. First observation was how pleasant the environment of the interview compared to my previous interview with another company. The conference room was beautiful, as is the rest of the building, and provided a great deal if natural lighting in the room. The interviewers were very pleasant and approachable and even showed humor to break the ice a little bit. It was an excellent experience. Probably the best panel interview I've been through, so far.

I always have cold feet during interviews especially on panel interviews. They all made me feel comfortable the whole time. I am so lucky and blessed to be accepted in this prestigious organization.

The process was well-organized, and I appreciated the clear communication and professionalism throughout. The interviewers were friendly and asked thoughtful questions, which made the experience both engaging and informative.
I appreciated how the team explained the unit’s workflow, staffing model, and the expectations for new hires. The interviewers were welcoming and asked insightful questions that made me feel comfortable and respected as a professional

The interview was about 20 minutes in duration in front of a panel of 2 people. They asked roughly 6 questions all of which were pretty general. No scenario questions were asked. The interview was in a large room where other interviews were simultaneously being held.
