The interview process was lengthy (6+ weeks). 2 Teams interviews, 1 in-person lunch (because we happened to be in the same area) and then two days at the office in Chicago. In the end, I did not get an offer and the justification was that someone with 'more direct engineering experience would be more successful in the consultant role'. After that entire process they turned me down because of what was on my resume. My advice: don’t waste too much time on this company and instead find one that will be honest with you. Or at least one that thinks they know what they want. Either they have no clue what they are doing when they hire a person or they strung me along for 6 weeks knowing they weren’t going to give me an offer. I have a suspicion about which one of those is true.
