Was referred by an MCI employee. Interviewed with HR, then a second interview with MCI staff responsible for the account. The interview seemed to go well and they said I'd hear back in the next 10 days or so. With no word, I followed up with the 2nd interviewer after 2 weeks, then followed up after 4 weeks. After 5 weeks, I followed up with the HR person who promptly and politely replied that they had just filled the role. Never heard back from the person who said they'd let me know. Not sure if its reflective of the culture of just of the one teammate.
