They were very nice and very thorough and I felt confident with them. They give you a good vibe and explain the job very well. I was offered a position and I can't wait to get started I know this will be the right fit for me .

Amazing! Tim was great and made the in person interview feel extremely personable and comfortable. he understood from our communication that I was a fast learner and a great people person as well. he also mentions that MCC was a company in which I would be able to grow if I desired.

Very easy and Virginia explained everything extremely well and answered all my questions perfectly. She took me on a tour around the warehouse explained how every machine works and explained the role of every position in the warehouse.

I was called in and asked about past work experience and what I expected to get from the job I was applying for. After a little bit I was informed what the job was and some of the benefits of working for the company. The interviewer kept the atmosphere serious yet relaxed.
