      I thought the interview process was great. Jamie Michels, Aaron Mauch and Carolina Castenada were all honest with me. This was something that was lacking from previous interviews I've been on. That is why I did not accept their offer. Jamie Michels let me know how important production was but not at the cost of safety and quality. He let me know what the expectations were and that I will be held accountable for them. Also I was told about the growth of the company. The importance of the shift changeover, shift meetings, the 5S's, SOP's, lean manufacturing, cost, efficiencies, hour by hour board, new hires, operator troubleshooting, maintenance, timesheets, clocking in and out of jobs, holding associates accountable, lockout tagout, recognizing and associates good performance on the job, and monthly department and safety meetings. Aaron Mauch took me to the boardroom. It was great to see everything that went on throughout the day in one place on all those boards. I thought this was great too for the associate to even see that. So they know this is what we do with the information that we gather from them. How important it is! The honesty I received from Jamie Michaels when I asked him why the position was available. Was greatly appreciated. I was told the supervisors were not living up to his expectations. Finally an honest answer on an interview. When I spoke with Carolina Castenada she reinforced everything Jamie Michels and Aaron Mauch actually said. She cared about the work she was doing for the company. She spoke very highly of the company and was very proud. This made me feel great because then I knew everyone was on the same page going in the same direction. I think them all for the time and they were very gracious to give it.
