There was a telephone screening by the recruiting dept, then a phone interview with the national programming director, followed by an in-person interview with the local exec dir who I'll be reporting to. Last step was meeting the residents and staff. It was overall an enjoyable experience. Everyone I met was fun, interesting and seems to love their work.
