Very informal interview with 3 people from the software engineering department. As this was via Code First Girls there were low expectations in terms of current technical knowledge, this was more of a STAR interview style rather than a full-on technical interview (the tech questions were more about whether you understood what the role involved). They all made me feel very welcome and for me it was a great interview.
