The application process was just under 3 months long. You will have to pass multiple stages including an online assessment with cognitive tests, online job simulation where you record yourself answering what you would do in a work environment, and an assessment centre with a strengths based interview and team exercise with other candidates (all online). If you succeed, you will get an offer. This process was efficient and every stage was explained well on what we have to do with little pressure. My advice is to stay calm and be enthusiastic about your interest in the role you applied for, they love to see enthusiasm.

Applied through online application. The application is different as the questions asked, are specifically towards the role I was applying for. There wasn't an online test involved either. I was invited to a virtual assessment centre approx 1 month after submitting the application. The assessment centre lasted around 4-5 hours and it started off with getting to know graduates and employees. There were team exercises and a strength based/technical interview. Interviewers and the HR team made me feel relaxed and it wasn't stressful. I received a reply after 2 weeks where I wasn't selected for the position due to a lack of technical skills but I was offered another position which suited my skills better. This process only involved another short interview.
