I sent my cover letter and resume to a general recruitment email from their website. They replied to me a couple of months later asking if I would like to come in for an interview. The interview was fairly casual and they just asked general questions about my experience from my resume. After this, they invited me to come in for a one day trial and after that, I was sent the job offer.
