The interview process at MAP International was professional, thorough, and well-structured. There were three stages—first, an initial conversation with HR that provided a great overview of the organization and the role. Next, I met with the VP of Development for a more in-depth discussion about my experience and alignment with MAP’s mission. The final stage was a panel interview that used the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result), allowing me to share concrete examples of my work and problem-solving approach. Overall, the process was organized, transparent, and mission-focused, reflecting the organization’s professionalism and commitment to finding the right fit.
