I recently went through an interview process for a software engineering internship. It began with an online application, followed by a technical assessment covering algorithms, data structures, and coding challenges. After passing the assessment, I had a virtual interview with a panel of engineers. They asked about my technical skills, past projects, and problem-solving approach. There was also a behavioral interview focusing on teamwork, communication, and how I handle challenges. The experience was intense but rewarding, giving me valuable insights into the expectations for software engineering roles.
