The interview process itself was straightforward, but the experience with the recruitment team was disappointing. Communication felt disorganized and inconsistent throughout. After discussing compensation, I withdrew my application due to a salary offer significantly below expectations. The recruiter then said they would try to adjust the offer to better align with my expectations, but after that conversation, communication stopped completely and I never received any follow-up. The company itself seems interesting, but the recruitment experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed.
