2 stage process - Technical interview and assessment centre.
Technical interview was very detailed and asked a lot of electro-mechanical questions.
Assessment stage was good. Consisted of a presentation and 2 group building activities and a site tour.
The main area of concern was that despite being “inclusive” and of “equal opportunities” I did not see a single coloured person on the site tour (I saw at least 40 employees). There was only 1 female member of staff too. That gave me the wrong impression of inclusivity and diversity. The type of Engineers they were hiring were very clear from that site tour.

Entrevista
interview starts with self introduction followed by 2 technical session and final promotion by the interviewer. The technical session involves direct calculation of engineering questions and is required to show steps on the screen.
