I first applied online and after about two weeks was requested to do an online test. The test consists of 50 questions in 12 minutes and focuses on math skills. After two weeks I was told that I passed the test and was invited to an initial phone interview. In the initial phone interview I was asked typical motivational questions (Describe a time when, why do you want to work for Maersk, etc) and then had a short market sizing question. I received a call the next day to confirm that I had passed to the next round. About a week later I had a Skype interview that involved more motivational questions and a short case, that included an estimation question. The same day I was notified that I had passed and was invited to the final round onsite--which was schedule 3 weeks later. During the onsite interview, I had to retake the initial screening test, I had a short interview with HR (more of the same motivational questions) and 4 case interviews (with two interviewees per interview).
