First an online test: 50 multiple choice questions in 12 minutes combined with a personality test. In the personality test you had to answer first how you think others see you by picking from a long list of different characteristics. On the second page the same words were listed, but this time you had to pick how you see yourself. After taking the online tests, it took a while to get feedback. As I had the hiring manager's contact details, I contacted her directly. After a brief chat, I was invited to Copenhagen. After an HR interview and further tests (different 50 questions in 12 minutes), I got to meet the hiring manager.
