Good initial communication, got contacted few working days after the application for scheduling a phone interview. Pleasant talk. After this, I was asked to complete a behavioural and a cognitive assessment test. Got told that I would have received feedback in 2working days. 2weeks passed and still waiting. Contacted the recruiter and got no answer. Very bad experience considering we are talking about the world's leading shipping company, and a skilled role.
