It took a whole day for them just to complete the aptitude test and it's unrealistic to solve 50 questions in 12 minutes the Recuritment team needs to be changed as they treat people like animals
5 rounds of interview and everything is based on the skills and experience .. The experience of the interview process is good and happened at fast pace. Process is smooth and fast

The interviews were ok. First with a recruiter base in Poland and then a 1-2-1 video call with the hiring manager. Straightforward, and well-organized. However, I was completely ghosted even after going through a few interviews. No answers to follow-up emails, no feedback, and no news. Really disrespectful.
