It took around two months to have the final round of interview. The process started with a standard written aptitude test irrespective of the job profile you have applied for. Then followed by HR and Technical discussion. Post which no communication from HR for about a month. Then they scheduled one final discussion as they claimed to be. However, I was made to wait for 2 hours and finally the one who took my interview was the proxy of recruiting manager. Discussion went well and majority of questions were based on my Project Management experience. Interview went well and even my joining date were also confirmed on the day. Then two days after I got email from HR that I didnt clear the discussion. !!!! I felt the recruiting team isn't professional enough to provide feedback and scrutinize the relevant profiles.
