Interview process was friendly. Was very interested in past career moves and explanations around why I made them. Typically questions on how one manages ones time, dealing with subordinates and seniors, that type of thing. Didn't focus too much on tax technical questions. Very much liked the fact that I brought up their values. Very key to discuss these and why they appeal to you. Was also a component which required finishing two on-line quiz's. The one is very straight forward and doesn't require much effort, is more about ones personality. The other one is pretty intense, 50 questions in 12 minutes, with a 50% pass mark. Best recommended approach to go through them as fast as possible, don't dwell on a question if you can't immediately see the answer. Questions aren't massively tough, its just getting through them quickly enough.
