Firstly have an interview with HR, then the boss. Actually the interview is not hard. All discussion is gentle and happy way. But some of the questions are not relevant or even not professional.
kept smoking, proposed an offer immediately and asked for acceptance during the interview. I accepted but they reneged their words after a few days. This is a ridiculous company. Blacklisted.
