First there was a phone screening that included 3 respresentatives from the company. They wanted to know why I was exploring new opportunities and who I've worked with etc. Then they brought me in for a 1 on 1 interview with the department manager. Then they brought me back in for an inteview with the people I would be working under directly. I was called 2 days later with an offer which I accepted.
