Very clear interview process. I met the assistant manager for a brief informative interview going over my resume and experience. The second interview was scenario based with the manager of the store a few days later.

After the phone interview, I had another interview in the headquarter. The both interviews didn't take very long. It was about 15~20 minutes each. I couldn't pass the second interview but I heard there is a third interview waiting for some people who passed the second interview.
