I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn, she was very friendly. The whole process involved 1 phone call to explain the role and Know more about me, then a coding challenge with codility (medium level). 3 days after the challenge the recruiter call me and we schedule an 1 hour technical phone interview. The interviewer was very nice and the interview went well (most questions was OOP concepts and SQL). A couple of days later I was call to schedule 4 hours of video interview (competency-based interview, HR interview, senior manager interview and Team Meet & Greet). HR interview was about my high level experience and salary expectation, senior manager interview was about how I collaborate with a team and the competency-based was behavorial question and a lot of follow-up. All interviewer was friendly and very professional and overall the interview went well. On behavorial interview I ask if there is a skill the wanted me to have to be a good fit for the position and the told me that I'm good to join one the .Net team with my current skills and experience. I was very confident and I was expecting an offer. About one week later I was invited to another 1 hour conversation with a VP and a HR. The conversation with the VP was behavorial question and it didn't went well because I was stressed (I was not expecting another round). More than a week later I didn't get any feedback so I follow-up with my recruiter and she didn't responded to me. I just got an automatic no-reply email from HR saying that my application was closed. During all the process the recruiter was very professional and she responded quickly to all my email and concerns, But I was surprised that she didn't take one minute to send me an email saying that I was not selected. I think after spending almost 2 months with someone that's the least a recruiter can do. I feel frustrated at the end.
