Entrevista
Quite standard. Start off with HR then head of team then with a few of the other analysts. All of them were nice and very solid. The nightmare began after meeting the CEO who had no idea what he wanted. Due to his incompetence and indecisivenes I had do few more rounds of interviews with previous members which went on for two more months.
Honestly, the job description and team looked great. I did not accept offer at the end after seeing all the reviews on CEO incompetence and realizing it wasn't just me.
On a smaller point, they low balled my comp by 5% which I found insulting after 3 months of interviews.
Very nice person. Good interview but didn’t get role. Not very technical questions, overall good experience. Took about 30 mins. One of the questions was about my internship experiences. One of them was about college academic experience. The rest of the times was casual conversation.
